Politics are everywhere and they aren't left at the door of the UN building. But this quote stuck "The UN was not created to make mankind heaven, but to save humanity from hell." And I am thankful that this many countries regularly get together and make commitments and decide on guidelines for the greater good. As faulted as they may be.
Why? Because in most countries it's women's day only one day a year! After having visited several events covering feminism, gender equality and human rights recently, I can appreciate these woman even more! Thank you for your bravery. Never underestimate the power of a woman.

Toby Morse, lead-singer of the hardcore punk band H2O. I had the pleasure of meeting him before his gig in Germany, during the EMP Persistence Tour through Europe. On the couch sat this sweet, polite and down to earth man that charmingly couldn't stop gushing about his wife of 20 years and his son. Enthusiastically he talked to me about PMA, Positive Mental Attitude, and how he goes to schools in the US in his free time to talk about his attitude and how he has never touched alcohol or drugs in his life.
